Activity Algarve are based in central Algarve, an area that is perfect for walking, cycling, mountain biking and a wide range of other activities. If you would like to be active in the Algarve, but don’t know where to start, book an activity holiday with Activity Algarve and have everything organised for you! Activities, accommodation, transfers, daily transport and guides for all activities (if needed) are all organised (and included in the price) so all you have to focus on is having a good time! Activity Algarve can even take you to the best places to eat in the evening if you want! All you have to do is book your own flights and they'll take care of everything else!

Activity Algarve specialise in walking, cycling and mountain biking holidays, but also work with various partners in the Algarve to offer virtually any type of outdoor activity, from quad bike tours to sea fishing! The flexible range of multi activity holidays, enables you to choose exactly which activities you would like to do on your holiday and all holidays are flexible on the number of nights and the arrival day. Walking

Walking is available as a one centre holiday with guided and self guide tours available, or for the more adventurous, Activity Algarve can offer the Algarve Way long distance walking holiday which takes you through the beautiful Algarvean countryside.

Cycling and Mountain Biking

Biking is available as a one centre holiday with guided and self guide tours available as well as the Ecovia do Litoral Algarve coastal path long distance cycling holiday, which traverses the Algarve region from the Spanish border to Cabo de Sao Vicente.

Multi Activity Holidays

Multi Activity Holidays offer you the flexibility to chose your own activities from Walking tours, Bike tours, Buggy Safari, Quad Bike Tours, Dolphin Watching, Sea Fishing and much more!

Guided Tours

If you have already booked a holiday in the Algarve, but want to be active when you are here then an Activity Algarve guided walking tour or bike tour is just right for you!

You will be collected from your holiday accommodation in the central Algarve region, taken in an air conditioned 4X4 up into the hills or along the coast for your tour. Afterwards you are taken back to your accommodation. Tours are available Monday to Friday mornings throughout the year and last 2 ½ to 3 hours plus journey time there and back.

• Tours available for €30 per person, bike hire also available.

Weekend Cycle Club

Muddy Cogs is Activity Algarve's very own cycling club. Meeting every Saturday afternoon, members go for a guided tour along the coast, or up in the hills, either way, the ultimate aim is to have a fun and enjoyable afternoon out! Muddy Cogs is a friendly and sociable club welcoming residents and holidaymakers alike, no joining fee, just turn up and go along for a ride (for only 5€ per ride).
